STYLE 6500 Aramid fiber braided packing is made of Du Pont’s continuous filament Kevlar yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion and processed with lubricant. As the strength and module of Kevlar is as high as the steel-like strength. So this packing compared with other kinds of braided packing. They can resist more serve media and higher pressure. It can be installed separately or as end rings with other kinds of packing to combine different characteristics into seals packing ring set.
STYLE 6700SC is combines a resilient silicone rubber core with the heat resistanted Dupont’s Kevlar fiber. The elastic rubber core gives the packing better memory, allowing it to withstand radial shaft motion and vibration while maintaining excellent leakage control with minimal gland adjustments.
STYLE 6500 PTFE is pure PTFE yarn braided packing incorporated with pure 100% Dupont’s Kevlar yarn throughout the four corners. This structure enhances the lubricating ability of Aramid and reinforced the strength of the pure PTFE packing. Good silding properties and thermal conductivity.
