Double Jacket Gasket with soft pliable core, surrounded by a metal jacket that totally or partially encloses the fller material. Partition bars can be incorporated , integrally or welded into the gasket. SUNPASS Double Jacket Gasket are completely enclosed by a two piece metal jacket covering OD, ID and both sealing surfaces. Widely used in heat exchanger applications and suitable for corrosive and high temperature service. Internal ribs (pass partition bars) can be integral or welded welded as in both types, the primary seal is safely maintained.

Double Jacket Gasket Features:
1.Structural features: This gasket consists of a thin metal shell and a filling material. The shell can be soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel alloy and other materials, while the filling material usually uses expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE and the like.
2.Application range: Double-layer metal jacket gaskets are widely used in heat exchangers, gas mains, boilers and fuel systems, pumps and valves. They are particularly suitable for occasions with corrosive and high temperature conditions.
3.Pressure resistance: Double-layer metal jacket gaskets can withstand higher pressures and are suitable for high-pressure environments. For example, some types of gaskets can be used under conditions with a maximum working pressure of 6-10Mpa.
