·Easy and quick to use. Cut a piece of PTFE tape of the required length, and just cross and overlap the two ends to form a sealing ring of any size and shape. The adhesive tape attached to one side of the sealing tape can fix the sealing tape on the sealing surface of the equipment to facilitate installation, and then only a small bolt tightening force (minimum pre-tightening force is 50Kgf/cm2) can form a good seal. of seal.
How to use Expanded PTFE Joint Sealent:
Clean and dry the sealing surface of the Expanded PTFE Joint Sealent, select a PTFE tape of a certain width, remove the protective paper of the adhesive tape, stick the Expanded PTFE Joint Sealent to the outer edge of the sealing surface, and cross the two ends at a certain bolt. Stack, with more than 2cm left on each side outside the intersection (Note: When used on a flat flange, the two ends must cross and overlap. When used on a grooved flange, they can be stacked in parallel, with an overlap of more than 2cm.), close the corresponding Sealing surface, tighten each bolt evenly, the intersection of the two ends will also be pressed to the same thickness as other parts, there will never be leakage at the intersection.
