Encapsulated O-rings are exclusively used in static applications since movement or abrasive media can destroy the casing. Aggressive chemicals or extreme temperatures can destroy conventional O-rings and will ultimately leads to leakage.

FEP-/PFA-encapsulated O-rings can be used wherever an elastomer’s chemical resistance is insufficient. Here FEP and PFA materials offer chemical resistance while the elastomer core provides elasticity. Seals made of PTFE are not an option in this case. The material does offer outstanding media resistance, but is not associated with elasticity.

EPDM PTFE Gasket is made of teflon for high temperature resistance, high strength.It is made by 100% Virgin PTFE with bonded with EPDM RubberThis can be avaliable for enough pressure. EPDM PTFE flange gasket has EPDM's advantage and also PTFE's advantage. Gasket has two sealing rings a primary and secondary. Almost universal chemical resistance and non-contaminating for ultra-oure applications, along with the EPDM memory giving a long sealing life.

Spiral Wound Gaskets are made of a preformed thin metallic strip combined with a soft sealing composite material, wound together under pressure to energize the sealing element to act like a spring when compressed between two flange faces.  The sealing element can be used stand-alone or in conjunction with inner and/or outer rings depending on the application.

PTFE Gasket made from 100% pure material which is used in most general applications. It is formable and is often used for chemical resistant seals and gaskets. It possesses the highest physical and electrical insulation properties and has increased resistance to creep (compression) under load.

Natural Rubber Gasket compounds are well known for their superior physical properties compared to other rubber materials. Natural rubber combines excellent abrasion resistance with high tensile strength as well as good pressure recovery properties. These gaskets can also resist vibration in heavy machinery.
