1.Before Upgrade

Weaving → first dipping → first drying → first drying → second dipping → second drying → second drying

• High loss and high cost

The excess PTFE emulsion drips on the ground during drying and cannot be used further.

Affected by gravity, there is too much PTFE near the ground.

2.After Upgrade

• Faster deliveries and shorter production cycles

Weaving & dipping → drying, shortened from 7 days to 3 days.

• Cost reduction and loss reduction

The excess PTFE falls back to the machine and can be used continuously.

• more standardized quality

The surface PTFE is uniform, and the inner and outer yarns are evenly absorbed.
