Rubber Core Ceramic Fiber Rope

TOP SEALING RUBBER CORE CERAMIC FIBER ROPE is manufactured from superior quality ceramic fiber yarn, braided cover on cover to form a solid packing. This product is suitable for caulking and general thermal insulation application, with properties of low thermal conductivity. These products have been widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, exhaust systems, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants. 
The Ceramic fiber rope contains approximately 20% organic binders to facilitate the carding process. The binders burn at low temperatures, but without any effect on the special ceramic fibres. On request, Ceramic fiber rope can be impregnated with graphite to increase lubricating power.
