Skived PTFE Tape uses PTFE Film as the base material, with unique formulated silicone adhesive on specially treated PTFE Skived Film.

Unlike normal PTFE Adhesive Tape, this Skived PTFE Tape does not have any glass fiber fabric construction, it means it's highly conformable with 300% elongation.

Compared to other series in PTFE Adhesive Tape, which has PTFE content from 37% to 55% , this PTFE Film Tape offers 100% PTFE.

Skived PTFE Tape has found use in many industrial applications due to its unique properties.

Sunpass’s PTFE tape features superior insulating strength, is non-stick, flexible, high temperature, as well as chemical, heat & moisture resistantance. Other properties include no porosity, excellent release, and of course it has a super-low coefficient of friction. Also used as an insulating and masking tape.
