Strip Opening Machine

SUNPASS strip opening machine is a simple and efficient metal strip slitting machine. It is mainly used for the opening of metal wound gasket steel strips and high-strength gaskets (graphite composite gaskets) edge-wrapped steel strips; it can divide metal strips with a width of less than 120MM and a thickness of 0.1--0.3MM into the width you need . It is driven by a gear motor controlled by variable frequency and equipped with a special winding disc, which makes the slitting work quite easy. The daily output of a single machine can reach more than 1000 kg. If matched with PX2000B wound gasket steel strip forming machine, the processing of stainless steel strip will be more efficient. Special cutting blade: once the outer circle is grinded, it can continuously cut 0.2MM stainless steel 8000---10000KG.
